BECOME A FREE TO RUN AMBASSADOR
Do you believe in the power of sport to bring about positive change and equality in the world? Are you passionate about the great outdoors and enjoy participating in athletic activities? Are you looking for a way to help empower young women in communities that need it most?
Each year, Free to Run seeks enthusiastic individuals to join our team of change-makers. Our ambassadors serve as advocates and activists in their communities, promoting the mission of Free to Run and supporting girls and young women in some of the world's most challenging environments. Each Free to Run Ambassador commits to an individual fundraising goal of $1,000 USD or more.
By raising funds and awareness, you'll play an important role in our work to advance gender equity globally and use sport as a driver for positive change.

As an ambassador you'll receive regular updates with stories, resources, and tips for fundraising, and be invited to take part in virtual calls where you'll get a chance to meet with some of the young women participating in Free to Run programs. This global community will allow you to support each other, make new friends, and be part of a supportive network of like-minded individuals. We’ll be your biggest supporters as you strive to reach your fundraising goals!
Who are you looking for?
We welcome ambassadors of all genders from anywhere in the world - as long as you share our vision and values, and believe in gender equity both on and off the trails. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a weekend warrior, a cheering spectator, or simply want to find a way to make the world a better place, you'll fit right in with our team. We encourage people who self-identify as members of visible minority groups or individuals with disabilities to apply.
