SAHRA KABOLI-NEJAD, BOARD MEMBER

Sahra is a first generation Iranian-American and the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Impact at On. She earned her master’s Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha where her research focused on how gender identity and race impact work experiences. At On, she serves as a leader to educate and empower teams to make inclusion core to the way they work together, the products they create, and the stories they tell. She also leads On's social impact program, Right to Run, dedicated to empowering and amplifying the work of community-based organizations who are combatting barriers of safety, access, and inclusion in movement.
